Geotechnical instrumentation

Geotechnical measurements constitute an integral component in the construction of underground cavities in the building industry and also in mining. Correct and up-to-date results of measurements by geotechnical instruments, shown graphically in a problem-oriented way, in combination with optical 3D displacement measurements serve to facilitate fast and competent evaluation of the current geotechnical situation.

Installation of strain meters in the top heading

20 years of experience in projects large and small guarantee that these goals are effectively reached, especially with us at your side. Already in the design phase we are there to assist with developing project-specific and customised measurement programmes. In this section, we introduce only those instruments which are used primarily in underground main cross-section measurements. For all remaining instruments, refer to the chapter on GEOINSTRUMENTS.
